I was given the task of creating a concept where brands and companies can come to discuss their story of triumphs and challenges. From this I created a full branding experience, complete with concept ideation, logo and takeaways.


Every company has a story…

Once Upon a Time is a unique opportunity where founders tell the story of their company. This platform was created to inspire and ignite the dreams and passions of future entrepreneurs.


The Concept

XTOPOLY will invite an inspiring entrepreneur to share their success and struggles of starting their company/and or brand with Naushad as moderator. After their story, the audience is open to ask questions and engage in discussion.

This event will be during lunch and run around about and hour. Speakers will also be given a “Once Upon a Time” shirt as a thank you.




The Logo

“Once Upon a Time” refers to the classic stock phrase used to introduce a narrative of past event. Every company has a story and our speakers will tell their journey and how they got to where they are today.

The concept for the logo falls in vein of the historic usage “Once Upon a Time” by taking on a whimsical use of typography. In addition there’s a sense of handwritten authenticity tying in the concept that all great ideas start with just a handwritten note.

The color yellow was chosen because it means to create enthusiasm for life and can awaken greater confidence and optimism. Also, from a mental aspect, it is the color of new ideas, and inspires original thought and inquisitiveness.
